Seiderman Legacy Children’s Fund
FSACC’s Sister Non-Profit
What is SLCF?
The Seiderman Legacy Children’s Fund (SLCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to supporting the Fairfax-San Anselmo Children’s Center through campus acquisition, stewardship, maintenance, and long-term facility improvements.
Why was SLCF formed?
SLCF was established to raise the funds necessary to acquire the Deer Park School property and secure a permanent home for the Children’s Center. Since then, the organization has focused on preserving and enhancing the campus to support the Center’s continued growth and operations.
How does SLCF operate?
SLCF functions as a sister nonprofit to the Children’s Center, concentrating specifically on facilities management and related fundraising efforts. The two organizations work in close partnership and share the same administrative team and staff, ensuring that campus planning remains aligned with the Center’s educational and operational needs.
Governance
SLCF is governed by a Board of Directors, with decisions made by majority vote. Founder and President Andrew Giacomini serves as a member of the Board.
